| 요약1 | 본 연구는 김해시 동북아물류플랫폼(LPC) 사례를 중심으로 트라이포트 기반 스마트물류도시조성 전략을 제시한다. Port-Hinterland Connectivity 이론의 4계층 모델(입지, 인프라, 운송, 물류)을 적용하여 김해시가 동북아복합물류 허브로 성장할 수 있는 경쟁 요인을 분석했으며, 이는부산항신항ㆍ진해신항, 가덕도신공항, 철도, 도로 등과 연계를 통해 가능하다. 본 연구는 싱가포르, 로테르담, 함부르크, 두바이 등 해외 주요 스마트물류도시 사례를 비교 분석하여 김해시의강점과 약점을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 김해시의 입지적 강점, 대규모 스마트인프라 구축 가능성, Sea & Air 복합운송 체계, 고부가가치 물류산업 육성 전략 등도 함께 제시하였다. 특히, 트라이포트를 넘어 ‘Quad-Port 전략축’과 ‘Global Network 전략축’을 통해 김해시가 동북아물류허브 및 글로벌 스마트물류도시로 도약할 수 있는 실천적 방향을 제시함으로써 국내 항만배후도시의 스마트물류도시 전환에 기여하고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | This study proposes a strategic framework for developing Gimhae, South Korea, into a Tri-Port-based smart logistics city linked to Busan New Port, Jinhae New Port, the planned Gadeokdo New Airport, and regional transport networks. Using the Port-Hinterland Connectivity model, it assesses Gimhae’s competitive advantages and compares them with leading global smart logistics cities. Based on this analysis, it recommends strategies-such as the “Quad-Port Strategy” and “Global Network Strategy”-to leverage locational strengths, smart infrastructure potential, multimodal connectivity, and high-value logistics industries, offering insights for the smart transformation of other hinterland port cities in Korea. |
