| 요약2 | In recent years, direct and indirect damage is accumulating due to abnormal weather caused by climate change. In particular, the number of patients with diseases such as asthma and the medical burden are increasing due to the worsening microclimate. This study uses a total of 9 indicators from March 2021 to February 2023 targeting administrative districts in Seoul to identify the correlation between asthma and other aggravating factors and the interrelationships between various indicators to derive asthma vulnerable areas in Seoul. First, a correlation analysis confirmed a high correlation between asthma and the selected indicators, with the largest effect in the elderly population. Second, the results of multiple regression analysis revealed that the elderly population have the greatest influence on asthma. Third, as a result of deriving asthma vulnerable areas in Seoul, areas with higher indicators such as population and economic characteristics have a higher vulnerability. Fourth, as a result of conducting an administrative district level study on asthma vulnerable areas, 10 areas, including Cheonho-dong, showed the highest vulnerability. This study is meaningful as a basis urban management considering citizen’s health by specifically analyzing the aggravating factors in asthma and identifying the distribution characteristics of asthma vulnerable areas. |
