| 요약2 | This study aims to derive implications to improve the local governmentallandscape committee system by analyzing the planning factors and other ones whichmostly have influences on the results of the committee reviews. This study analysed50 development projects which had been reviewed by the Incheon LandscapeCommittee from February 2014 to April 2021, using multivariate regression modeland textual analysis of the bills, proceedings, and the results of committee reviews. The results are as follows. First, as for the planning factor, the landscape committeemainly focused on the issues of landscape axis, especially on the view corridor. Inaddition, the locational conditions of the projects, which had mountain landscapepoints, and landscape simulation were another main factor which affected thecommittee reviews. Second, as for the other factors, the specialties of individualmembers of the committee are found to have great effects on the results ofcommittee reviews. In conclusion, this study has found that the landscape committeeis operated appropriately in accordance with the purpose and government guidelinesdespite some negative public opinion. |
