| 요약1 | 본 연구는 택티컬어버니즘의 개념적 범위와 특징을 정리하고 보다 확장된 가능성과 적용 방향을 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.?? 이를 위하여 현재까지 논의된 국내외 문헌에서 형태소중심성 분석(UCINET)을 통해 주요 개념을 선정하고 이를 바탕으로 2차에 걸친 범주화 작업을진행하였으며,?? 국내에서 실제 사업을 경험한 전문가 4명과의 심층 인터뷰를 통하여 보다 실질적인 측면의 내용을 3차 범주화 작업을 통해 확인하였다.?? 두 과정에서 도출된 택티컬어버니즘의주요 범주들을 교차 분석하여 최종적으로 현재까지 우리가 발전시키고 경험한 택티컬어버니즘의 주요한 특성들을 도출함으로써 택티컬어버니즘이 우리나라 도시공간관리와 도시설계에서 가질 수 있는 가능성을 모색하였다.?? 해당 과정을 통하여 제안된 택티컬어버니즘의 주요 발전방향은 ‘실행을 통한 도시공간관리’,?? ‘다양한 주체들 간의 효과적인 연결’,?? ‘계획 체계 안과 밖의연결 도구’,?? 그리고 ‘반복적/지속적인 수정과 관리’이다.?? 특히 택티컬어버니즘이 실제 실행을 통하여 빠르고 반복적으로 대상지를 계획 및 관리해 나갈 수 있는 새로운 방안이라는 점이 문헌과 인터뷰를 통해서 강조되었다. |
| 요약2 | This research aims to broaden the view on the possibility of tactical urbanismapplication in urban planning and design area. The argument of this paper is on topof a network analysis (UCINET) and a thematic analysis of the selected documentsand in-depth interview data. The interviews were conducted with 4 experts whowere in the managing position of tactical urbanism projects. The analysis has foundfour distinctive tactical urbanism themes: a learning-by-doing urban design, effectiveinterconnections between actors, a connection tool between formal and informalareas, and an iterative process of urban design. These themes expand discourse andpossibility of tactical urbanism. It can be also argued that we need to seek formore flexible planning system accommodating the tactical urbanism approach. |
