| 요약2 | The aim of this paper is to analyze the effect of the Tactical Urbanism project byapplying the project to Namsan District in Cheonan and comparing the changes inthe behavior of local residents before and after the project. To this end, an unusedsmall park, an outdoor parking lots, and under the overpass were selected as targetsthrough resident workshops, field surveys, video filming surveys, and interviewsurveys were conducted before and after tactical urbanism projects. As a result, socialactivities increased by about 2.3 times in the unused park with tables and chairs, andthe number of pedestrians using sidewalks increased by about 13 times in walkingspaces of the parking lots. In addition, at the under the overpass, the number ofpedestrians staying increased by about 3.3 times and the main activity has changedfrom group activities such as gambling to viewing exhibition works. Therefore,central and local governments need to prepare budgets and ordinances so that theycan continue experiments to solve problems in the neighborhood. |
