| 요약2 | This study primarily aims at analyzing spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of factory buildings within Sasang Industrial Area in Busan, where has been stuggling with a series of issues and problems mostly raised by industrial deterioration. In specific, it investigates distribution characteristics of registered factory buildings within 150m x 150m grids in the years of 2010, 2014, 2019, respectively. At the same time, it closely examines distribution characteristics of factory buildings in operation through zonal overlapping methods. The major findings are as follows: First of all, judging from spatial autocorrelation verification results of factory buildings in the annual base, it presents positive autocorrelation values. In addition, based on the HotSpot (Getis-Ord Gi) simulations, semi-industrial districts around Samrag-Dong and Deogpo-Dong where enjoy superior transportation accessibility records relatively higher concentration of factory buildings. Secondly, Small and medium-sized factory buildings that related with annual spatial distribution characteristics of factory buildings concentrated around residential and green zones, regardless of existing zoning system. in 2014. Furthermore, most of small-sized factory buildings within Sasang Industrial Complex have rather strengthened the spatial concentration, while the medium-sized factory buildings have weakened the spatial concentration during the same period. This research expects that key stakeholders in the deteriorated industrial area(s) may pick up couples of useful ideas from research findings. |
