| 요약1 | 본 연구는 대중교통 거점시설 권역을 중심으로 3기 신도시의 복합화ㆍ입체화 공간계획 특성을 파악하여 이에 관한 기초자료를 수립하고자 한다.?? 문헌연구를 통해 설계공모 지침서에서 강조된 3기 신도시의 복합화ㆍ입체화 설계방향과 과제를 이해하고 네 가지 분석항목을 도출하였다.?? 이를 중심으로,?? 인천 계양,?? 남양주 왕숙 1,?? 하남 교산 신도시의 설계공모 당선작에 실린 계획안과 토지이용계획도를 분석하고,?? 다음과 같이 세 가지 계획특성을 도출할 수 있었다.?? 첫째,?? 대중교통 거점시설 및 이를 중심으로 형성된 보행권 안에 주거와 직장뿐만 아니라 문화여가와첨단산업까지 용도복합의 대상을 확대하였다.?? 둘째,?? 수평방향에서의 적극적인 용도혼합을 통해단일용도의 지역과 블록 구획을 지양하였으나,?? 대중교통 거점시설 내에서 수직방향으로의 용도혼합은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.?? 셋째,?? 지하층에서 지상2층까지 이동수단별로 분리된 대중교통망과 녹지 중심의 공중보행로를 구축하고,?? 이를 대중교통 거점시설로부터 도시 전체로 연계ㆍ 확장하였다. |
| 요약2 | In this study, we reveal the features of third-phase new towns’ urban planning by focusing on the multi-functional and multi-layered spatial plan, which is transit-oriented. As for the research method, we extracted four measures suitable for study site analysis based on the literature review. Following this, we analyzed competition winners’ master plans and land use plans of three study sites, namely, the new towns of Gyeyang, Wangsuk 1, and Gyosan. As a result, first, we found that third-phase new-town urban planning allows a mix of residential, commercial, business, cultural, recreational, and even high-tech industrial uses within walking distance. Second, it minimizes single function districts and blocks by mixing uses horizontally, but the vertical combination of uses in buildings barely appears. Third, it establishes the multi-layered street structure of the transit hub with two stories above ground and one basement level for different modes of transportation. In particular, elevated pedestrian streets are connected to the major transit hub. |
