| 요약1 | 2013년 제정된 도시재생법은 기존 도시공간의 물리적 재개발에서 경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화적 활기를되찾는 총체적인 도시재생으로의 전환점을 제공하고 있다.?? 따라서 물리적 재생과 더불어 비물리적 즉 사회적 재생이 함께 제고되어야 하지만,?? 물리적 환경개선에 비해 사회적 재생은 가시적이지 않아 측정하는데 어려움이 있다.?? 본 연구는 사회적 부문의 변화를 파악하기 위해서는 도시재생사업 전 과정에 걸쳐 사회적 재생이 적절히 진행되고 있는지 점검하는 과정이 필요하다고 보았고,?? 이에 사회적 재생이 환경적ㆍ경제적 재생에 미치는 영향까지 파악할 수 있는 경제기반형도시재생 사업지인 세운상가를 대상으로,?? 사업 초기와 1차 사업 완료 이후 두 번에 걸쳐 기존주민의 관점에서 네트워크 변화를 관찰하고 도시재생사업의 활용도 및 만족도를 조사하였다.?? 그결과 도시재생사업을 전후해 기존 네트워크가 유실되고 도시재생 세부 추진사업에 대한 기존주민의 활용도 및 만족도가 높지 않다는 결과를 얻었으며,?? 도시재생 세부사업이 목표했던 바가사회적 재생으로 원활히 이어지지 못하였음을 파악하였다.?? 특히 현 사업은 외부인과의 사회적연결 및 협업을 장려하는 공간운영과 프로그램에 편중되어 있으나 기존 주민의 입장을 통해 보았을 때 이 부분이 활성화되지 못했으며 사회적 연결망의 해체로 이어졌음을 알 수 있었다.?? 따라서 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 사회적 재생을 위해서는 기존 주민들의 최소한의 사회적 연결망확보를 보장하는 한편,?? 도시재생의 주체가 되는 주민들의 일상을 보전하고 생업을 발전시키는데도움이 되는 추가적인 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다. |
| 요약2 | The Urban Regeneration Act enacted in 2013 provides a turning point from the physical redevelopment of existing urban spaces to holistic urban regeneration that restores economic, social, and cultural vitality. Thus, social regeneration is one of the key drivers and the ultimate indicator in urban regeneration projects. However, social regeneration is hard to monitor as physical improvements, making it difficult to measure. This study focused on the analysis of the existing perspectives of residents and store owners on the changes in social networks and interactions throughout the Dasi Sewoon Project. Social network changes were surveyed at the beginning and the end of the project from the perspective that existing residents included the utilization and satisfaction of the project. The research found that the existing social network suffered a noticeable shrinkage and, in some cases, a complete loss left many residents to vex over not having a safety net. Like many other urban regeneration projects, Dasi Sewoon Project focused on new common space creation and management to encourage new social connections and collaborations with outsiders. However, this research provided a ground for providing the minimum safety net in urban regeneration projects to safeguard and protect the existing residents' livelihoods. |
