| 요약2 | Since the 1960s, the urban landscape has been deteriorated due to indiscriminate construction of the high-rise apartments and buildings in metropolitan cities. As a result, concerns about pleasant urban landscapes is recently increasing and the need for efficient urban landscape plan has emerged. In this paper, several problems were derived and their improvement methods were proposed for the target place, through empirical analysis on the detailed landscape plans. There are some problems with the system operation on the detailed landscape plans. First, it is not proper with the legal system to review the landscape plans at the urban planning committee’s, since that is related with the district unit planning,; Second, there are repeated procedure execution and business delay,; Third, it induces sprawling development by the lack of infrastructures beyond the district, because of the tiny-scale district unit planning. For improvement purposes, deliberation on the district unit plan should be adjusted by the legal system through the joint committee’s consideration. Duplicate procedures and the delay of the project should be unified to the joint committee’s consideration for simplification, and proactive city management planning needs to be realized in a reasonable and well-organized way. Moreover, when the detailed landscape plan has a sense of openness and accessibility, it shows the positive effects and necessity of the systems. |
