| 요약1 | 문화예술 관련 업종을 특정 지구에 입지시키는 형태의 도시재생 사업들이 다수 진행되고 있다.?? 그러나 기존 맥락과 다른 용도들이 인위적으로 한 지역에 이식됨에 따라 발생할 수 있는 문제들은 깊이 고려되지 못하는 경우가 많다.?? 본 연구에서는 포항시의 문화예술지구 조성사업의진행과정을 분석하여 이러한 사업이 가져오는 용도분포상의 변화과정과 문제점을 파악하고자하였다.?? 도심 용도를 문화예술과 친화 또는 대립하는 용도로 구분한 후 이후 5년 간 두 그룹의분포밀도가 공간상 변해가는 과정을 추적하였다.?? 분석 결과 문화예술과 연계되는 용도 뿐 아니라 대립적 관계에 있는 유흥ㆍ숙박용도 또한 인근에 집중되며 영역을 형성해가는 현상을 볼 수있었다.?? 재생사업으로 인한 용도변화는 부적절한 용도의 활성화와 같은 예기치 못한 부작용으로도 이어질 수 있기에 이러한 현상까지를 고려하는 전략적인 재생 사업의 구상이 필요한 것으로판단한다. |
| 요약2 | Forming a cultural district is considered as one of the useful urban strategies of an urban regeneration project in many cities. But probable negative effects caused by transplanting different uses to an existing area is not seriously considered. This study chased the change of Pohang’s cultural district and found the problems of unexpected land-use change. Land-use was divided into culture-friendly and conflict groups, and their location densities for five years have been analyzed. As a result, not only friendly uses but also conflict uses were found to be forming an adverse territory. This means that regeneration projects can sometimes bring in undue side effects which weakens the purpose of itself. The results imply that a strategic plan considering consequent changes is required for the long-term success of an urban regeneration project. |
