| 요약1 | 본 연구는 SH청년건축가 공모전의 결과와 성과를 정리해 플랫폼으로서 공모전의 의미를 분석하고, 공모전을 수행하는 공기업과 SH청년건축가 공모전의 향후 발전방향을 제시함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 2015년부터 2019년까지 SH청년건축가 공모전의 진행과정을 정리하였고, 둘째, 출품작품의 세부내용을 분석하였다. 출품작 제안사업의 특성은 대상지 특성, 수요자특성, 공간계획 특성, 접근방법으로 구분해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 1) 공모전의 주제가 주택에서도시로 확장됨에 따라 심사위원, 심사방식 등 플랫폼 역할을 수행하는 공모전의 시행방식 또한변화하고, 2) 공모전을 계기로 청년들이 ‘지역’으로 시야가 확장되어 3) 도시재생과 공간복지등의 정책이 청년에게 체화되는 계기를 마련했다는 점 등의 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한청년건축가 공간복지 프로젝트와의 연계로 공모전의 플랫폼 역할이 소통의 창구로서 의견을 수렴하는데 그치지 않고 시민들이 체감할 수 있는 사업으로 정책을 구현해내는 플랫폼의 역할로발전하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to analyze the significance of the SH Young Architects Competition as a platform by compiling the results and outcomes of the Competition, and to suggest some future directions for the Competition and the public enterprise (the Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation)hosting it. First, the progress of the SH Young Architects Competition from 2015 to 2019 was summarized. Second, the characteristics of the exhibited works was analyzed in detail with categories of the target site, neighborhood, spatial planning, and proposed approach A few implications were derived from the results of those analyses: 1) As the theme of the contest expanded from housing to cities, processes of the contest as a platform, such as judges and judging criteria also changed 2) The competition provided a chance for the youth to expand their views to ‘the local’, and 3) to embody public policies such as urban regeneration and spatial welfare. In addition, the role of the contest is not only gathering opinions as a communication channel, but also giving shape to policies for citizens as a platform with the Young Architect-led Space-Welfare Project. |
