| 요약2 | This research analyzes the conflict structure and governance results of the Seoullo 7017 project using the IAD(Institutional analysis and development) Framework. Namdaemun Market and sewing industry communities were the most important actors in the conflict situation. Action arena, interactions and outcomes were analyzed through the meaning unit analysis of in-depth interview. The conflict situation occurred between the city to build Seoullo 7017 and the communities that opposed to the city’s decision. The governance to solve the conflict was made by providing compensation to the community. According to the interactions and outcomes analysis, sewing industry communities’ satisfaction level of the governance result was higher than that of Namdaemun Market. While Namdaemun Market was not able to reflect the will of individual members of the community, the sewing industry community could react to the situation based on strong common interest. Compensations asked by Namdaemun Market was the support for the unexecuted projects which were not directly related with Seoullo 7017; however, compensation projects of the sewing industry community were later developed into urban regeneration projects highly related with Seoullo 7071. These were analyzed the main factors caused the difference in the satisfaction level. |
