| 요약1 | 본 연구는 충청남도 경관 및 디자인 행정주체 의식차이 분석을 통해 통합디자인의 추진 방향을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이에, 선행연구 분석 결과를 토대로 전문가 인터뷰 조사를 실시하여, 본 연구에서의 통합디자인 추진요소와 설문조사 항목을 도출하였다. 설문분석 결과, 첫째, 경관 및 디자인의 중요성은 모두 높게 인식하고 있었지만, 경관 및 디자인 관련 법 제도의 이해도와 활용, 부서 간 협업여부 등 모든 항목에서 경관, 디자인 부서가 상대적으로 의식이 높았다. 둘째, 디자인 관리제도의 개선과 더불어 경관 및 디자인 관련 교육의 추진ㆍ개선이 필요하다. 법 제도 활용 시 행정절차의 복잡함과 사업내용 및 기간 변경의 문제점 개선, 부서 협업을 위한규정 마련, 디자인 컨설팅 제도의 활성화가 필요하다. 또한 타 부서 담당자들 대상으로 경관 및디자인 인지도 향상은 물론 법 제도의 이해도와 활용도 향상, 부서 간 협업 필요성을 인식할 수있는 교육 추진이 필요하다. 셋째, 행정주체 간 협업을 위한 디자인 전담부서의 설치 및 역할강화와 의사결정권자가 협업에 참여할 수 있는 시스템 마련이 필요하다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to present a direction for the integrated design through the analysis of the difference in consciousness of the landscape and design departments in the administrative body of Chungcheongnam-do. Survey analysis showed that the importance of landscape and design were both recognized to be very important. The landscape and design departments were relatively conscious in all areas, including understanding and utilization of the legal system related to landscape and design, and the need for cooperation between departments. Second, it is necessary to promote and improve landscape and design-related education along with the improvement of design management system. When utilizing the legal system, it is necessary to improve the complexity of administrative procedures and problems in changing the project contents and duration, prepare regulations for departmental collaboration, and revitalize the design consulting system. In addition, more education is needed for people in charge of other departments to recognize the need for inter-departmental cooperation and to improve their understanding and utilization of the legal system. Third, it is necessary to establish a department dedicated to design for collaboration among all administrative bodies and strengthening its role in creating a system in which decision makers can participate in collaboration. |
