| 요약1 | 본 연구는 디자인 제안을 통해 토지를 공급하는 설계공모 과정에서 도시-건축 연계 디자인을위한 지구단위계획 지침이 공모작품에 어떻게 적용되었는지를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 지구단위계획 수립과정의 주요 이슈를 살펴보고, 지구단위계획 수립 의도와 함께설계공모 제출작품을 분석하였다. 이상의 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 공공시설용지(공원) 및 고밀복합용지(공동주택)을 연계하기 위해 복합커뮤니티권역의 문화공원 마스터플랜 및 고밀복합용지(공동주택) 통합 공모 과정은, 가로중심의 커뮤니티 조성 방안으로 공공시설과 고밀복합용지 계획을 연계하는 의미있는 방법으로 판단된다. 둘째, 보행중심의 커뮤니티 가로 조성을 위해 공원과 고밀복합용지의 부대복리시설, 근린생활시설 배치를 연계하는 연도형 배치, 건축지정선, 통경축, 보행동선 ㅁ자 탑상형 배치 등의 지구단위계획 지침은, 도시와 단절된공동주택계획으로부터 대지경계를 허물고 열린관계 설정에 의미를 지닌다. 셋째, 행정중심복합도시 6-3생활권 복합커뮤니티 디자인 특화권역 공모는, 도시, 가로 및 단지의 연계-통합디자인을 통해 가로 커뮤니티의 공공성을 제고하는 토지공급의 의미있는 사례로 판단된다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of District Unit Plan through analysis of competition proposals. We analyzed competition proposals for Community Complex Area of 6-3 Life-Zone in Multi-functional Administrative City according to District Unit Plan. The results are as follows : First, design competition requesting the master plan of public area(park) and design of high-density housing area is efficient for urban and street oriented community design. Second, District Unit Plan guidelines such as construction designation line for community facilities and neighborhood living facilities, view corridor, allocation for tower-type housing for pedestrian are valid for relating public area(park) and high-density housing area. Third, the design competition of Community Complex Area of 6-3 Life-Zone in Multi-functional Administrative City for relating public area and housing estate is valid for improving the publicity of architectural design adjacent high-density housing area. |
