| 요약1 | 본 연구는 송산그린시티 동측지구 블록형 단독주택용지에 국내 최초의 물 순환 시범마을을조성하기 위한 마스터플랜 계획 및 설계 연구이다. 본 연구는 물이라는 생명력의 원천을 순환이라는 지속가능성의 계획적 어휘로 통합하여, ‘물 순환 마을’이라는 생태주거단지의 새로운 유형을 제기하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 마스터플랜의 계획 및 설계를 다음의 과정으로 진행하였다. 첫째, 물 순환 마을을 지속가능성의 관점에서 환경적, 경제적, 사회적 측면에서 정의하였으며, 마을의 물 순환 체계와 구성요소들에 대해 공간적, 기술적 측면에서 정리하였다. 둘째, 물 순환 마을의 공간계획을 위해, 주거단위와 단지단위의 물 순환 전략을 구축하였으며, 물 순환의 수원, 담수의 높이와 형태, 유수의 형태와 물을 흐르게 하는 동력원 등에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 전체적인 물 순환 흐름을 도식화하였다. 셋째, 물 순환의 수평적, 수직적 공간체계를 도로와 동선, 주거동의 배치, 외부공간 및 커뮤니티 공간 등의 주거단지 계획요소에 적용하여 물 순환 시범마을의 마스터플랜을 작성하였다. 이를 통해, 본 연구는 물 순환을 계획 및 설계의 중심 키워드로하는 새로운 생태주거단지의 기본 유형을 제시하고자 하였다. |
| 요약2 | This study is a planning and designing study of master plan to build the nation’s first water cycle residential village on a block-type detached house site in the eastern district of Songsan Green City. The study intends to propose a new type of ecological residential complex called 'Water Cycle Village’ by integrating water as the source of vitality into a planning vocabulary of cycle in sustainability. For this, the master plan was developed by in the following process. First, water cycle village was defined in terms of environmental, economic, and social aspects from the perspective of sustainability, and the system and components of water cycle were organized according to spatial and technical aspects. Second, for spatial planning of water cycle village, the strategies of water cycle were established at house and village scales, and the flow of entire water cycle was drawn, based on analyzing water sources, heights and shapes of fresh water, types of running water and power sources. Third, the master plan of water cycle village was drawn up by applying horizontal and vertical spatial systems of water cycle to planning elements of residential complex such as roads and circulations, arrangement of residential buildings, outdoor spaces and community spaces. Finally, the study aims to suggest a prototype of new ecological residential complexes with water cycle. |
