| 요약1 | 민간인통제선 북쪽에 있는 민북마을은 한국전쟁과 장기 휴전상태가 만든 역사적 장소이자 통 제된 환경 속에서 거주하는 생활 공간이다. 본 연구는 지속적인 사용을 통한 진화를 중시하는 ‘살아있는 유산’ 관점으로 민북마을을 탐구하여, 향후 민북마을 보전과 관리에 필요한 기초자료 구축을 목적으로 한다. 강원도 철원군 2개 마을을 대상으로 문헌연구와 현장조사를 진행하고 분 석하였다. 민북마을은 일반농촌마을과 구별되는 냉전의 공간과 기억, 풍경, 우수한 자연환경 등 의 유무형 유산이 존재한다. 주민 공동체는 민북마을의 유산을 진화시킨 주체로, 군과의 관계, 공동체 내부 문제, 새로운 집단의 등장과 같은 공동체 변천에서 공간 변화의 원인을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 민북마을의 지속가능한 보전과 활용을 위한 기초연구이자 시각적 공간 정보 를 구축하였다는 의의가 있다. 그러나 2개 마을만을 대상지로 선정하였고 장소 특성상 객관적인 공공데이터를 획득할 수 없었다는 한계가 있다. 민북마을이 ‘살아있는 유산’으로 정착하고 관리 하기 위해서는 마을의 변화를 지속해서 관찰할 수 있는 체계와 추가적인 사례 연구가 필요하다. |
| 요약2 | Minbuk Village, located to the north of the Civilian Control Line, is a historical place created by the Korean War and a living space in a controlled environment. This paper aims to explore the Minbuk village from the perspective of ‘living heritage’ and establish baseline data necessary for the village’s conservation and management. Two villages in Cheorwon were analyzed by literature and field studies. Minbuk Village has the tangible heritage that distinguishes it from ordinary rural villages and intangible heritage such as experience and memory of the cold war, landscape, and environment. The subject of heritage evolution is resident community, and the community change confirmed the cause of the spatial change. This study is a fundamental study for the sustainable conservation and management of the Minbuk village and has significance in constructing visual spatial information. |
