| 요약1 | 본 연구는 강릉시의 보행공공공간인 월화거리 이용자의 이용행태 분석과 시가지의 도시재생사업 이후 지역 통합도 분석을 통해 시사점을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 현장을 답사ㆍ조사하였으며, Arc-Gis,?? Space-Syntax 등의 프로그램을 이용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선형공원 주변 시설의 성격과 용도는 보행공공공간 이용자의 공간 이용성, 밀도 등에 영향을 미치는것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 지역과 도시의 여건에 따라 선형공원의 기능 및 효과는 다양하게 나타나며, 월화거리의 경우 재생의 효과가 점진적으로 가시화 될 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 공공공간에서 나타나는 이용자 행태는 연령대별, 성별 등에 따라 다양성을 가지나 유형과 양상은 일부 행동패턴을 중심으로 제한적으로 나타난다. 넷째, 월화거리 주변과 강릉역 주변의 축선이 증가하여 전체 통합도 또한 증가하는 수치를 보이며, 연결도의 증가와 통제도의 감소는 유의미한 수치를 보인다. 전체적으로 공간인지도 또한 증가하여 지역공간구조의 변화를 확인하였다. |
| 요약2 | This study analyzed the spatial use patterns visitors to Wulhwa Street after urban regeneration of Gangreung and using the regional integration of space syntax theory. ArcGIS and Space-Syntax were used for analysis. Results showed: (1) the characteristics and uses of facilities near the linear park affected the space availability and density of users in pedestrian public spaces. and (2) Functions and effects of the linear park varied by regional and urban conditions; the effects of urban regeneration on Wulhwa Street’s spatial use patterns mightgradually intensify. (3) Age group and gender had relatively small variations. (4) The number of axes near Wulhwa Street and Gangreung Station as well as overall integration and connectivity increased, while the control level decreased. Spatial recognition also increased, and the transformation of regional spatial structure had been confirmed. |
