| 요약1 | 본 연구는 SNS상에서 정보공유가 활발히 이루어진 망리단길을 대상으로 많은 사람들이 골목상권을 방문하는 이유를 분석하고자했다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 이용자 설문을 실시하고 구조방정식모형을 이용해 장소성 인과구조를 분석했으며, 텍스트 마이닝을 이용하여 인과구조를 해석했다.?? 연구결과 망리단길의 ‘행위’와 ‘물리적 환경’은 서로 상호작용 하면서 장소 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 장소 이미지는 장소애착과 재방문의사 형성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이때 ‘행위’와 ‘개별점포’는 유행하는 이미지에,?? ‘가로공간’은 익숙한 이미지에유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 통해 이용자들이 오래된 골목길에 개성적인 상점이 공존하고 있는 망리단길의 모습을 매력적으로 느낀다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 새롭게 부상하는 골목상권을 대상으로 이용자 설문을 통해 장소성 인과구조를실증적으로 분석했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to analyze the causality structure of the placeness of Mangridan-gil where substantial volume of relevant information have been shared on SNS. To this end, we conducted a user survey and analyzed and interpreted the causal structure of Mangridan-gil placeness using structural equation model and text mining. The results showed that: The “Activity” and “Physical environments” interacted with each other and affect the meaning of the place, and the meaning of the place affected the place-attachment and the formation of willingness to revisit. It was also found that “Activity” and “individual store” had significant effects on “popular image” and “urban street” on “familiar image”. Through the text mining analysis, we found that users were attracted by the landscape of Mangridan-gil where unique stores coexist in old alleys. This study has academic contribution in that it empirically analyzed the placeness of the commercial alley directly through user surveys, which had been examined only through indirect methods such as Internet data analysis in previous studies. |
