| 요약1 | 본 연구는 공동주택단지 계획과 외부환경의 조성에 있어서 다양한 사회적 요구에 직면하고있는 국내 대도시(대구광역시)를 대상으로 공동주택단지의 주동계획과 외부환경 조성에 있어서의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보았다. 나아가 현장조사와 도면분석 등을 통해 다변화 되어가는 사회화ㆍ도시화 과정 속에서 향후 아파트형 공동주택 조성에 있어서 외부환경의 계획과 디자인에대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 공동주택단지의 외부공간은 첫째, 외부공간 형성 및 동선체계에 따른 유형구분의 특징, 둘째, 주동형태와 외부공간 형태의 관계에 있어서 지형상 특징, 셋째, 외부공간의 형태와 외부공간의 기능 및 성격의 관계에 있어서의 특징 등으로 나타났다. |
| 요약2 | This study examined the current conditions and problems in the planning and design of the external environment of the apartment complex in Daegu metropolitan city that faces various social demands in the development of apartment complex. Furthermore, this study suggested policy implications for the planning and design of the external environment of apartment complex in the process of socialization and urbanization. Analysis resutls indicated that the external environment of aparment complex has three characteristics: the characteristics of the external space formation and movement system, the topological characteristics in the relationship between main building type and external environment, the characteristics of form and function of the external space. |
