| 요약1 | 부산광역시는 매년 전국 노인보행교통사고 다발지역 순위 중 상위를 차지하고 있으며 노인보호구역의 지정 등을 통해 노인보행안전 개선을 위한 노력이 절실한 실정이다. 본 연구는 부산광역시에서 노인보행사고가 집중적으로 발생하는 hot-spot과 노인보호구역이 지정된 곳과의 공간적 적합성을 공간통계분석기법을 통해 평가하고 노인교통안전의 실질적인 개선을 위한 노인보호구역 지정의 정책적인 개선방안과 운영상의 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 실제 노인보행사고 데이터를 바탕으로 분석한 결과 노인보행사고 hot-spot은 중구를 중심으로 한 원도심 부근에 집중되어 있으며 노인보호구역과의 공간적 접합성이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는지자체가 주도적으로 노인보호구역 지정 신청자의 역할을 수행하고 이에 대한 법적 근거를 마련하고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | Busan is ranked high in elderly pedestrian traffic accidents every year, so exceptional measures for elderly pedestrian safety is required. This study investigates the spatial suitability of elderly pedestrian accident hot-spots and the silver zones in Busan. This study found that the elderly pedestrian accident hot-spots were located in the old downtown and there was a lack of spatial compatibility with the silver zones. This study suggests policy-oriented and operational improvement plans for designating the silver zones. Besides that, this study recommends that the local government take the lead in designating silver zones and establish a legal basis for designating them. |
