| 요약1 | 본 연구는 부산광역시 해운대구 우동을 대상으로 도시형태 변화 양상을 도출하고, 나아가 사회적으로 지속가능한 도시로 성장해 나갈 수 있는 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 도시형태는 단순히 물리적 요소에 의한 무엇이 아닌, 해당 지역만의 고유성과 지역성, 역사성이 내포된고유한 자원이기도 하다. 따라서 도시가 지속가능하게 성장해 나가기 위해서는 그곳 만의 도시형태를 고려할 필요가 있으며, 도시설계 과정에도 반드시 반영되어야 한다. 해운대구 우동 일원인 수영강의 직강화, 해안가의 매립, 과거 수영비행장의 변천과정을 겪으면서 가로, 필지, 건축물의 크기 및 형상에 많은 변화가 있었다. 가로 및 필지는 격자화, 세분화 되었으며, 건축물은대규모, 초고층화를 이루게 되었다. 하지만 이러한 형태적 변화 속에 해당 지역만의 고유성 및역사성은 찾아볼 수 없었으며, 이에 연구대상지가 보다 지속가능하게 성장해 나가는데 바탕이될 수 있는 도시설계 방향을 제시하였다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study was to derive the change of urban morphology and to suggest the direction to grow into a socially sustainable city. Urban form is not merely a physical element, but also a unique historical resource with its uniqueness, locality and time. Therefore, a city to grow sustainably, it is necessary to consider its urban morphology and must be reflected in the urban design process. Haeundae-gu Udong has undergone many changes in the shape and size of the street, land, and buildings based on river straightening, coastal landfill, and airfield transition. The streets and fields have been latticed and subdivided, and the buildings have become large and tall. However, the uniqueness and historicity of the region could not be found due to these morphological changes. In conclusion, this research proposes, the direction of urban design that could be the basis for the more sustainable growth Haeunda-gu. |
