| 요약1 | 본 연구는 자발적 주민공동체가 근린 내 주요 사회적 교류 공간인 근린생활권 공원를 중심으로 활동하면서 유발한 공원의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석방법은 질적연구방법인 근거이론의 개방코딩을 활용하여 공원의 변화와 관련된 개념을 도출하여 범주화하였다. 이를 통해 환경적 측면, 이용적 측면, 인식적 측면에서 공원의 변화를 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 환경적측면: 주민 및 이용자 맞춤형 공원시설의 확충, 집요한 개선과정을 통한 질 높은 공원 시설화, 항시 쾌적한 공원환경 유지, 주민의 가꿈과 자연경관 활용을 통한 매력적인 공원경관 창출, 지속적인 관리를 통한 중요 자원의 가치 향상이 이루어졌다. 2) 이용적 측면: 공원이용 만족도 향상과 이용의 활성화, 지역주민의 일상 속 성숙한 공원이용, 여가 및 사회적 기능 향상 및 생산적 공간으로 기능 확장으로 영향을 미쳤다. 3) 인식적 측면: 공공공간에 대한 주인의식 형성, 도시정착 단계에서 개인적 애착 강화, 주민과 공공에 대한 신뢰감을 통한 공동체 의식 확대로영향을 미쳤다. |
| 요약2 | This study analyzed the qualitative changes to a neighborhood park led by a volunteer community of neighborhood residents. The park is located within a major area of social interaction in the neighborhood. The method of analysis was based on the grounded theory of qualitative research. The data collected were observations of qualitative changes to the park, which were then categorized and coded. There were three categories of qualitative changes: environmental, use, and cognitive. The results of the study are as follows. 1) Environmental aspects: The expansion of the park facilities was tailored to the users. The quality of the facilities were also improved. The parks is always pleasantly maintained, with attractive landscaping used to present scenery to its best advantage for visitors. The value of the major resources of the park has been improved through consistent management. 2) Use aspects: Visitors are more satisfied with the park and the activation of use is improved. The mature and civil relations between local residents in daily life, enhances the leisure and social functions of the park and expands these functions into other productive spaces. 3) Cognitive aspects: Giving local residents the ownership over the public space strengthens the personal attachment of urban residents and expands community consciousness through mutual trust between residents and the public. |
