| 요약1 | 본 연구는 역사문화가로 재생 지역인 서울시 삼청동길, 전주시 태조로, 수원시 행궁로를 대상으로 활성화 요인별 특성에 대해 종합적인 분석을 실시하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석범위는 가로부와 배후지역으로 공간적 범위를 설정하고, 선행연구 고찰 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 가로활성화 분석항목(4개 분야, 18개 항목)을 설정하였다. 이를 통해 각 가로별 활성화 정도와 특성을 분석한 결과, 삼청동길, 태조로는 활성화 정도가 행궁로에 비해 높은 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 삼청동길 및 태조로의 경우 물리적으로 양호한 가로환경 및 매력적인 경관, 핵심역사 자원의 관광객 집객력, 해당가로와 배후지역 간에 형성된 용도의 다양성, 많은 유동인구를 유인하는 업종의 분포 등이 유기적인 연계에 의해 활성화를 견인하는 것으로 파악된 반면, 행궁로는 이들 대비 다소 미흡한 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 분석결과는 가로활성화에 대한 이해와 더불어 역사문화가로 재생을 통한 물리적, 경제적, 사회적 활성화 특성의 시사점을 제공한다는 데에 의의가 있다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics of activation factors in the historic-cultural streets. It analyzed the activation levels of three historic-cultural streets in Samcheongdong-gil of Seoul, Taejo-ro of Jeonju city, and Haenggung-ro of Suwon city. It reviewed the previous studies and conducted the expert interviews to determine the analysis items of the street activation. This study found out that the vitalization levels of Samcheongdong-gil and Taejo-ro were higher than Haenggung-ro. The streets of Samcheongdong-gil and Taejo-ro have provided the better physical environments, attractive scenes, and historical resources. They also provided the various activities between main streets and back areas, and distribution of commercial facilities attracting many population. Finally, this study suggests the urban regeneration directions of the historic-cultural streets in terms of physical, economic, social vitalization characteristics. |
