| 요약1 | 본 연구는 1980년대부터 장기간 수변의 근대산업자원을 활용한 수변 도시재생을 도시활성화 중요한 정책으로 추진하는 캐나다와 미국의 수변 도시재생구역에 대한 조사와 분석을 통해, 국내 수변 도시재생의 환경색채계획 방향에 관한 시사점을 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 기존연구 고찰을 통해 연구의 차별점을 파악하고, 문헌 및 사례고찰을 통해 수변 도시재생에서 요구되는 환경색채 개선 방향성을 정리한다. 다음으로 수변 도시재생의 대표적 사례인 캐나다 밴쿠버와 미국 시애틀, 포틀랜드의 주요 가로에 대한 환경색채 조사 및 분석, 정체성의 형성 특성을 파악하고 국내 수변공간 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출한다. 연구 결과, 수변 도시재생 구역은 환경색채 정체성 형성을 위해 지역에 축적된 색채와 소재를 체계적으로 정리하여 계획에 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내에서도 본 연구의 사례와 같이 역사적 양식을 유지하면서도 지역에 축적되어온 건축물의 소재특성과 색채를 지속적을고 적용함으로써 지역마다 차별화된 환경색채 구축이 요구된다. |
| 요약2 | The aim of this study is to identify implications for the townscape color planning direction of the dominate waterfront regeneration by researching and analyzing the townscape color characteristics of the waterfront regeneration areas in Canada and America. Research methods outline ways to identify significance in the study through the review of existing studies and to improve the townscape color identity required for urban regeneration in the waterfront space. Next, the townscape color characteristics of the waterfront areas of Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland in Canada and USA, are surveyed and analyzed, to identify characteristics of the waterfront urban regeneration and the characteristics and identity of the waterfront plans. As a result of the study, it was important to systematically organize and reflect the colors and materials that have been accumulated in the region for a long time in the planning and repair of environmental colors in the waterfront regeneration areas. It also introduces the cultural climate color of local landscape and the application of materials and colors to enhance the consistency of regional differentiation, while retaining the historical patterns, such as those in the seaside of North America. |
