| 요약1 | 본 연구는 도시민의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 도시 공공서비스의 일종으로 인식되고 있는 도시 생활권공원의 서비스 공급 수준을 통합적으로 평가하기 위한 지표를 개발하고 지표 간 중요도를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 선행연구, 문헌고찰, 해외사례 조사를 통해 관련된 47개의 지표를 추출하였다. 추출된 지표는 FGI과정을 통해 지표의 특성과 의미를 검토하고 전문가 그룹 브레인스토밍을 통해 추출된 지표의 유형을 7가지 유형으로 재분류하였다. 재분류된 지표는 타당성 검토를 거쳐 최종 6가지 유형과 28개의 지표를 선정하였다. 선정된 6가지 유형은 ①양적측면(5개 지표), ②이용가능성 및 접근성 측면(5개 지표), ③질적측면(7개 지표), ④유지관리측면(3개 지표), ⑤형평성 측면(6개 지표), ⑥지역특성 측면(2개 지표)이다. 선정된 지표의 상대적 중요도 분석결과 ①양적측면(0.11), ②이용가능성 및 접근성 측면(0.25), ③질적 측면(0.24), ④유지관리측면(0.15), ⑤형평성측면(0.15), ⑥지역특성측면(0.10)으로 이용가능성 및 접근성의 측면이 우선적으로 고려되어야하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 도시생활권공원 서비스 공급 수준의 평가지표를 활용하여 지역별 서비스 수준을 평가하고, 정책 및 계획 수립 시 기초자료로 활용한다면 효율적인 도시 생활권공원 서비스의 공급이 이루어질 것으로 기대된다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to develop integrated indicators for the evaluation of the service level of Urban Living-Zone Parks, and to analyze the relative importance between the indicators. For this purpose, 47 indicators were initially screened out through literature review, and case studies. The extracted indicators were then examined by an expert group who identified the characteristics and meanings of them, and the indicators were reclassified into 7 types through FGI (Focus Group Interview). Finally, 6 types and 28 indicators were selected from the reclassified indicators through feasibility test. Those six selected types are: ① quantity (5 indicators), ② availability and accessibility (5 indicators), ③ quality (7 indicators), ④ maintenance (3 indicators), ⑤ equity (6 indicators) ⑥ local characteristics (2 indicators). The results of the relative importance analysis are as follows: ① quantitative index (0.11), ② availability and accessibility (0.25), ③ quality(0.24), ④ maintenance (0.15), ⑤ equity (0.15), ⑥ local characteristics (0.10). Based on the analysis, availability and accessibility index should be considered first in providing Urban Living-Zone Parks service. |
