| 요약1 | 본 연구는 창업자를 위한 공간구성의 중요성을 인식하고, 업무공간과 주거공간의 공간 수요 선호를 조사하여 창업공간계획의 기본 방향을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 검증하기 위해 국내 창업지원시설 관리자와의 인터뷰와 실제 창업지원시설을 이용하는 창업자 설문조사를 실행하여 분석하였다. 조사시점은 2017년 4월 기준이며, 전문가 인터뷰 8인과 창업자 설문조사 73인을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석결과로서 업무공간의 경우 팀 별 단위의 닫힌 공간을 선호하며, 다른 창업자들과의 교류를 위해 가변형 공간으로 구성되어야 하고 커뮤니티시설 등 교류할 수 있는 공간이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 주거공간의 경우 전문가 의견과 창업자 선호도에서 차이가 발생하였는데, 전문가 의견과는 달리 창업자들은 주거공간의 필요성을 크게 인지하고 있고, 안정적이고 독립적인 주거를 선호하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of the study is to investigate the fundamental compositions of space for the start-up companies (or start-up support center) by analyzing the spatial preference of work and residential space. Hence, we interviewed domestic start-up advising experts (or mangers) and conducted a questionnaire survey of actual start-up or venture founders. In April 2017, the survey was conducted on 8 expert interviews and 73 founder surveys. As a result of the analysis, the work space is preferred to be a closed space for each unit of the team, and they should be composed of a variable space for communication with other start-up teams. In case of residential space, there was a difference between experts' opinions and founders' preferences. Unlike experts' opinions, start-up founders recognize the necessity of residential space and prefer stable and independent residence. |
