| 요약1 | 1990년대 중반 이후 본격적인 지방자치시대를 맞아 강화된 지방정부의 자율성은 지역에 대한 주민들의 관심을 증가시켰다. 도시계획 및 도시개발 과정에서도 시민참여가 강조되었고, 주민주도 활동에 대한 중요성이 증대되었다. 이에 보다 적극적인 주민참여를 통해 지역문제를 해결하고 도시공간의 질을 향상시키기 위해 대구광역시는 주민참여 도시학교 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 주민학습 프로그램의 특성을 분석하여 효율적인 운영 및 지속적인 활성화를 유도하기 위한 개선방향을 제시하는 연구로서 다음과 같이 시사점을 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 스튜디오에 참여하는 주민의 역할을 기획부터 평가단계까지 확대시킬 필요가 있으며, 둘째는 특강내용의 다양성과 교육방법의 특성화가 필요하다. 셋째는 지속적인 프로그램 운영을 위한 새로운 중간지원조직을 구성할 필요성이 있으며 마지막으로 사업발굴 및 시행의 목적이 아닌 순수 학습의 목적을 가진 프로그램으로서의 운영이 필요하다. |
| 요약2 | This study has analyzed the characteristics of the studio's citizen learning program focused on resident participation urban schools in Daegu. In this study, the characteristics through analysis of six items, essential items in the program were derived as implications. First, the role of the participating members needs to be expanded throughout the program. Second, the lectures and teaching methods need to be more diversified and characterized. Third, it is necessary to introduce intermediate organization for active citizen participation and ongoing programs. Fourth, in addition to physical improvement projects, it requires planning related to the improvement of living and level of consciousness of the inhabitants. Fifth, it is necessary to operate a program with the purpose of purely learning, not for the purpose of developing and implementing new business. |
