| 요약1 | 본 연구의 목적은 상업가로의 활성화요인을 도출하고 각 요인들이 가로활성화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것이다. 이에 유동인구를 활성화의 한 지표로 설정하고, 관련 선행연구를 통해 상업가로 활성화 요인을 도출하였다. 대상지인 삼청동 일대의 특성을 고려하여 가로네트워크 요인과 기능적 요인을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공간구문론으로 대상지의 네트워크 요인을 분석한 결과 유동인구는 통과도 값과 밀접한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기능적 요인으로 2009년부터 2016년 현재까지 토지이용변화를 살펴본 결과 부티크가 많은 지역일수록, 상업시설의 밀도가 높은 지역일수록 유동인구가 많은 것으로 분석되었으며, 보행을 방해하는 가로수와 가로시설물, 상가 고정 장애물, 그리고 경사도 등이 보행량 증가에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공간구문론으로 대상지의 네트워크 요인을 분석한 결과 유동인구는 통합도 값보다는 통과도 값과 밀접한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 더 높은 통과도 값을 가지는 가로 일수록 유동인구가 많은 것으로 나타났다. |
| 요약2 | This paper aims to find out the activation factors of commercial street and to analyze the elements affecting on the street walking people. The analysis was focused on network street factor and functional factor with consideration for characteristics of the site which is Samcheong-dong area. The research findings are as follows. First of all, the result of the analysis of street network factor is that the floating population has considerable relation with the integration value. Secondly, according to the examination of land use change from 2009 to 2016, the more boutique shops are there and the more dense commercial areas are, the more walking people there are. Thirdly, according to the network analysis of Space Syntax, floating walking people are more related to Betweenness than Integration. The higher is Betweenness value, the more people are there on the streets. |
