| 요약1 | 본 연구는 건축물 미술작품이 설치 취지인 문화예술 향유와 도시경관 개선에 부합하는가를 확인하기 위하여, 서울특별시에서 상대적으로 건축물 미술작품이 많은 강남구, 중구와 적은 강북구, 노원구의 주민을 대상으로 설문하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공미술의 문화예술 향유에 대한 기여도와 도시경관을 위한 공공미술 설치의 필요성은 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 주민들은 도시경관 개선을 위한 공공미술 설치의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있다. 셋째, 응답자의 52.1%가 건축물 미술작품을 인지한다. 넷째, 건축물 미술작품의 도시경관 개선 기여도와 도시경관을 위한 공공미술 설치의 필요성은 상관관계가 있다. 위 결과를 참고로 하여 설치취지에 부합한 건축물 미술작품설치에 힘써야 할 것이다. 2011년 건축물 미술작품제도가 개정되어 기금에 출연할 수 있게 되었고, 이는 공공미술 프로젝트에 쓰이게 된다. 건축물 미술작품 부족지역과 충분지역을 분석하여 도시경관의 개선이 필요한 지역과 주민의 문화향유가 적은 곳에 우선적으로 기금을 사용해야 하며, 계획단계에 주민설문을 실시하여 부족한 지역과 충분한 지역을 도출해야 할 것이다. |
| 요약2 | The goal of the study is to verity that building’s artworks contribute to the improvement of urban landscape and the enjoyment of culture and art by surveying residents living in Gangnam-gu, Gangbook-gu, Nowon-gu and Joong-gu in Seoul. The results are summarized as follows. First, there was a strong relation among the contribution of public art, the level of enjoyment of culture and art, and the improvement of urban landscape. Second, there was correlation between the satisfaction of urban landscape and the necessity of public art, showing that the majority of people perceived that the installation of public art improves the urban landscape. Third, 52.1% of people recognized building’s artworks. Fourth, there was a correlation between the contribution of building’s artworks and the necessity of public art. Thanks to the optional funding system, building owners can provide Art and Culture Fund to establish public art. This policy change will also enable regional authorities to alleviate regional bias in terms of public art development by assigning funds to less civilized area of their landscape. And it is necessary to sort the areas which are deficient or rich in building’s artwork through residents’s questionnaire at the being of plan period. |
