| 요약1 | 건축기술의 비약적인 발전에 비해 국내 건축계에선 아직 도시설계에 대한 인식과 디자인 기법이 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문은 국내 도시설계 분야의 국제적인 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 알제리 부그졸 신도시 프로젝트에서 도시설계 작업의 실제 진행과정에 주목한 연구이다. 계약, 기본설계, 종합배치계획, 계획의 실행 단계 등 각 단계별 업무의 종류와 결과물을 살펴보고, 주요 논의사항을 정리하였다. 이러한 작업과정과 국내 신도시개발의 계획체계를 비교함으로써, 국내 도시설계에 대한 세 가지 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 도시설계 작업에 대한 올바른 이해 및 수행능력이 필요하다. 둘째, 도시설계에 대한 실질적인 전문교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 해외도시에 대한 다양한 전문연구 및 자료축척이 필요하다. |
| 요약2 | Compared to the remarkable development of construction technology, urban design techniques and awareness of urban design are still insufficient. In order to develop international competitiveness, this paper focuses on the urban design process conducted for Boughezoul New City in Algeria. Looking at the result and step by step work of every project phases, includings ? contracting, basic design, general master planning, and plan execution ? it summarize the main issues and discussions. Comparing this course of action and Korea’s new town development planning system, three implications for urban design are suggested. First, there is a need for proper understanding and ability to perform urban design work. Second, there is a need for practical professional training for urban design. Third, there is a need for a variety of specialized research and data on overseas cities. |
