| 요약1 | 지방도시에서는 도심부의 쇠퇴뿐만 아니라 도시전체의 쇠퇴현상이 나타나고 있다. 정부에서는 다양한 사업을 통하여 면소재지의 재생에 힘쓰고 있으나 하드웨어 공급이 사업의 주를 이루면서지역 고유의 특성을 잘 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 구면소재지의 장소성에 기반한 도시재생 방안 도출을 목적으로 시행되었으며, 월천면을 대상으로 이론적 고찰, 현황조사 및 분석을 통하여 재생방안 전략을 제시하고 도시재생 방안을 도출하였다. 도출된 장소성에 기반한 월천 면소재지의 도시재생을 위한 실현 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커뮤니티센터가 있는 월천 문화거리를 계획하여 구면소재지의 주민교류 기능을 재생하고자 하였다. 둘째, 낭수대공원 조성계획으로 지역민 대부분이 경험한 어린시절 추억의 물리적 공간을 재현함으로써 지역 공동체를 재생하 고 하였다. 셋째, 월천 딸기ㆍ사과 가공센터와 체험장을 계획하여 사라진 경제적공동체를 구현하 고자 하였다. 본 연구는 본래의 기능을 상실해 가고 있는 월천면을 대상으로 장소성에 기반한 구 체적인 재생방안을 마련하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구는 거점면소재지를 위한 재생전 략 마련에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. |
| 요약2 | Some provincial cities in Korea are faced with urban decline. The central governmenthas tried to revive the seat of old downtown office through various kinds of regeneration projects but they do not reflect the unique characteristics of each old downtown but they are focused on supplying hardwares of th projects. The purpose of this study is to draw a way to revive a town based on placeness of old downtown. This study aimed to regenerate Wolcheon old downtown and presented a strategy to revive it by analyzing and researching Wolcheon old downtown. The results to revive Wolcheon old downtown based on drawn placeness are as follows. First, it is recommended to create Wolcheon cultureal street with community center in order to improve communication among residents. Second,it is recommended to build Nangsudae Park which will be able to bring childhood memories to many residents’. Third, it is recommended to build activity center experience strawberry and apple farming which were produced in Wolcheon. This study is significant in that it attempted to seek a solution to revive Wolcheon old downtown that is losing original functions based on a sense of place. This study will be helpful to establish regeneration strategies for the local downtown. |
