| 요약1 | 본 연구는 건강ㆍ문화 클러스터의 개발을 위한 유형과 기법 간의 연관성 파악을 목적으로 하며, 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 건강ㆍ문화 클러스터는 건강과 문화사업에 대한 개념, 키워드 그리고 메가트렌드에 의해 진화되고 있다. 둘째, 개발기법은 총 51개(국내 28개, 국외 23개)로 분류되었다. 51개 기법은 키워드 그룹핑(keyword grouping) 분석으로부터 8개의 개발유형을 도출하였다. 셋째, 국내사례는 지역의 활성화(ex. 교통시설 및 인프라, 지역특산품을 위한 상업공간)에 집중하고 있다. 국외사례는 환경보존, 지역의 정체성 그리고 전통ㆍ문화적 장소에 의해 진화하고 있다. 마지막으로, 건강문화 클러스터의 향후 개발방향은, 1)자연과 인간을 위한 시설과 공간개발, 2)신속한 접근을 위한 교통망 구축, 3)스마트 라이프스타일을 위한 시설과 제도 간의 체계적인 융합이 필요하다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to figure out the correlation between types and methods for development of healthㆍculture cluster and the results are as follows. First, the healthㆍ culture cluster has evolved in terms of the concept, keyword and mega-trend. Second, 51st development methods are classified along with 28th in Korea, 23th in foreign countries. 51st methods draw 8 development types from key-word grouping analysis. Third, Korean cases focus on the revitalization of region such as traffic facilities and infrastructure, economics space for local special food. Foreign cases are being evolved by environmental preservation, regional identity and traditional and cultural space. Lastly, the healthㆍculture cluster expected to be the infrastructure and space development for human with nature, the traffic network for rapid-access, and the systematic fusion between infrastructure and management for smart life-style. |
