| 요약1 | 본 연구에서는 가로의 보행환경 개선 및 보행활동 증진을 통해 지역의 위축된 상권을 회복시키고자 서울시 첫 번째 대중교통전용지구로 조성된 신촌 연세로를 대상으로 대중교통전용지구 조성 사업 전후 가로환경의 물리적 변화, 이러한 변화가 가로환경에 대한 보행자 만족도에 미친 영향, 그리고 만족도에 영향을 미친 변수가 무엇인지 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해서 이론 및 문헌 고찰, 연세로를 대상으로 대중교통전용지구 조성 사업 전후 가로환경의 물리적 변화 관련도면 및 실측조사, 설문조사 그리고 통계분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과로는 첫 번째, 사업 전후 가로의 물리적 환경이 개선된 것으로 분석되었다. 두 번째, 이러한 변화에 의해 가로환경에 대한 보행자 전반적 만족도 및 대부분의 가로환경 구성요소에 대한 만족도가 사업 전보다 사업 후 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 가로환경에 대한 보행자 만족도에 영향을 주는 3개의 변수로 는 ‘연결성’, ‘쾌적성’ 및 ‘안전성’으로 나타났다. |
| 요약2 | Yonsei-ro' in Sinchon opened in 2014 as the first transit mall in Seoul to revitalize downtown commercial areas by ensuring pleasant pedestrian environment and promoting walking activities. This research evaluates Yonsei-ro before and after the establishment of the transit mall in order to analyze physical environmental changes of the street, impacts on pedestrian satisfaction, and main factors that influence pedestrian satisfaction. Therefore, this research reviews literature, analyzes physical changes after the establishment of the Yonsei-ro project through drawings and surveys, conducts survey, and performs statistical analysis. The findings of this research are the following. First, the physical environment has been improved by the project. Second, the degree of satisfaction increased after the project. Finally, the main factors related to pedestrian satisfaction were connectivity, pleasantness, and safety. |
