| 요약1 | 본 연구는 '생태교통 수원 2013'사업이 이루어진 수원시 팔달구 행궁동을 대상으로 주거지의 보행친화적 근린환경 요소-물리적 요소와 비물리적 요소-의 특성을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 통해 보행환경에 미치는 요소에 대한 지표를 안전성, 쾌적성, 편리성, 연속성, 접근성, 장소성으로 설정하고 이를 물리적 요소와 비물리적 요소로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구 결과 주거지에서의 보행친화적 근린환경의 물리적 요소에 대한 계획은 주로 상업이 인접한 주요 도로에서 이루어진 것으로 나타났으며, 보행친화적 근린환경의 비물리적 요소에 대한 계획은 상업에 인접한 도로와 주거지에 인접한 도로에 구분 없이 요소의 성격에 따라 장소를 달리하여 사업 대상지 전반에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. 물리적 요소에 대하여는 계획을 통해 변화된 환경에 만족하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었지만 비물리적 요소에 대하여는 사업시행 전보다 사업시행 후에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타난 것을 알 수 있었다. 사업기간 중 거주민들의 불편을 최소화하기 위해 지원해 주었던 비물리적 계획들이 사업시행 이후 지속되지 못하여 사업시행 전에는 느끼지 못한 불편함을 사업시행 후 오히려 느끼고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 시사점으로 주거지의 보행친화적 근린환경을 위해서는 물리적 요소와 더불어 비물리적 요소에 대한 계획이 함께 수립되어야 하며, 비물리적 계획의 지속가능성을 위한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. |
| 요약2 | This research aims to derive characteristics of pedestrian-friendly neighborhood environmental factors - physical and non-physical factors - implemented in 'Ecomobility World Festival 2013 Suwon' in Haenggung-dong. The indices, which are derived from the preceding researches on the factors for the pedestrian environments, are categorized into physical and non-physical factors, and further characterized into safety, comfort, convenience, connectedness, accessibility and locality. The analysis concludes that physical factors on pedestrian-friendly neighborhood environment are carried out mainly in the streets nearby commercial areas, whereas the non-physical factors are implemented in the streets throughout the targeted district. The residents in the targeted district shows satisfactions with each index on physical factors, but not with the non-physical factors. The main reason for the dissatisfaction is that the non-physical factors provided during the project were halted after the project. Sudden suspension resulted in a relative dissatisfaction to the residents who enjoyed the non-physical factors during the project. For pedestrian-friendly neighborhood environment, both non-physical and physical factors need to be established in the project plan. |
