| 요약1 | 본 연구는 초고층 주상복합건축물 저층부 준공공 매개공간 디자인 요소가 보행자 행태에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, Jan Gehl(1987)의 이론에 근거한 사회적 교류행태에 영향을 주는 디자인 요소를 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 보행자 행태의 질을 높이는 도시설계적 해법을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 보행자 행태의 질을 높일 수 있는 준공공 매개공간디자인요소(보행자 유효보도 폭, 상업업종이 준공공 공간에 배치한 가구 수, 휴게공간 형태(기타 공공공지), 준공공 공간 가로수 배치현황, 1층 시각적 투명성 현황, 외부 보행공간에서 진입 가능한 출입구 수, 건축물 유형, 준공공공간 착석가능시설, 2,3층 창문 개폐여부)를 도출하여 객관적으로 측정하고 지표화 하였다. 연구에서 분석된 회귀모델은 선행연구에서 이론적으로 논의되고 있는 요소뿐 아니라 직접적인 현장실측을 통해 문제점으로 파악된 새로운 요소들을 추가로 분석하여 국내 실정에 적합한 회귀분석 모델을 도출하였다. 연구결과는 향후 초고층 주상복합시설 규모의 대규모 건축물이 지어질 때 준공공 매개공간설계와 관련하여 설계기준 또는 디자인지표 설정에 활용 가능할 것으로 예상된다. |
| 요약2 | This study analyzes pedestrian behavior observed within the quasi-public intermediate space around high-rise residential complexes and extracts design attributes influencing the quality of pedestrian activities. A street survey is conducted to measure design attributes related to the quasi-public intermediate space, such as the amount of street furniture, existence of access Barriers, planting pattern for street trees, and facade transparency at the ground level. Pedestrian activities are measured and recorded quantitatively. Based on both street survey and pedestrian behavior observation, two regression models are estimated: one on general pedestrian activities and the other on the activities representing the level of social interaction. Our research findings will help design the quasi-public intermediate space in such a way that we can promote more pedestrian activities and social interaction. |
