| 요약1 | 이 연구는 도시에서 소득의 공간적 양극화로 인한 사회적 배제 문제가 도시민들의 사회적 자본에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 소득의 공간적 양극화는 도시차원과 근린차원으로 구분하여 분석하였으며, 도시민의 사회적 자본은 신뢰, 관계, 규범과 관계되는 의식수준으로 설정하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 도시 규모에서 소득의 공간적 양극화는 사람에 대한 신뢰, 구성원들 사이의 관계 측면에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 근린 규모에서 소득의 혼합도는 구성원들 사이의 관계, 규범의식 측면에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 도시 전체 차원에서 소득의 공간적 양극화가 가져올 수 있는 위험성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 동시에 근린단위에서의 사회적 혼합 정책의 당위성도 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 한국 도시에서 시행되고 있는 사회적 혼합정책은 현재의 미시적인 공동주택 단지 단위의 정책뿐만 아니라, 거시적 차원에서의 공간적 양극화에도 대응해야 할 것이다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to analyze the impact of social exclusion caused by spatial polarization of income in the city on social capital of citizens. In this study, spatial polarization of income is measured and classified into two levels of geographical scales (city- and neighborhood-wide level), and citizens' consciousness of trust, relationship and norms are set as three types of social capital. The results show that city-wide level spatial polarization of income is negatively associated with consciousness of trust and relationship, while neighborhood-wide level income mix positively affects on consciousness of relationship and norms. From these results, we can identify risks that can be caused by spatial polarization in city scale, and also find the necessity of social mix policy in neighborhood scale. Therefore, the social mix policy in Korea should focus on the spatial polarization in more macro-scale, as well as apartment complexes like current situation. |
