| 요약1 | 본 연구는 서울특별시 한남1동 지역을 대상으로 지역주민의 근린환경 만족도, 장소애착심, 마을 만들기 활동 참여 여부에 대한 영향관계를 분석하는 것과 주민특성이 장소애착심에 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구결과 근린환경 만족도 중에서 근린시설은 장소애착심 중 정체성과 의존성에 영향을 미치며 사회적 친분에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 두번째 근린환경 만족도 요인인 서비스는 정체성, 의존성, 사회적 친분 모두에 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교통 요인은 정체성과 의존성, 사회적 친분 모두에 영향관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 장소애착심 요인 중 마을만들기 활동 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 정체성과, 사회적 친분이 마을만들기 활동 참여에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 의존성은 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 주민특성에 따른 근린환경 만족도 및 장소애착심 분석에서는 연령과 거주기간이 의존성과 사회적 친분에 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. |
| 요약2 | This study analyzes influences of the satisfaction with the neighborhood environment and attachment to the location, on residents' participation in community-building activities. Results have shown that: 1. in terms of attachment to the place, neighborhood facilities have influence on identity and dependence; 2. service does not wield any influence on identity, dependence, and social preference, and; 3. transportation factors have influence on identity, dependence, and social preference. Seen from the perspective of attachment to the place, identity and social preference have influence on participation in community-building activities but not on dependence. Taken from the perspective of satisfaction with the neighborhood environment and attachment to the place as per residents' propensity, different participation rates have been noted by age and community-dwelling period. |
