| 요약1 | 본 연구는 도심부에서 저탄소 지향형 도시재생의 도시설계적 방안을 모색하기 위해 청주시 도심부를 사례로 도시재생사업 시 저탄소 녹색 계획요소의 활용방안을 모색하고 탄소저감 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 도시재생에 있어 탄소저감 계획요소들을 도출하고 탄소저감 원단위를 검토하였으며, 사례대상지의 기존 탄소배출량을 산정한 후 전면재개발 방식 재생의 탄소발생량을 산정하였다. 이어서 저탄소 녹색 계획요소를 활용한 도시재생시의 탄소발생량을 산정한 후 앞의 결과와 비교 검토함으로써 저탄소 녹색도시 재생의 탄소저감 효과를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 계획 이전에 비해 계획 적용으로 인한 연면적 증가는 약 2.14배, 전면재개발 시 탄소배출량은 약 0.67배, 저탄소 녹색 도시재생기법 적용 시 탄소배출량은 약 0.47배 증가하는 것으로 분석되어, 기존 도심을 전면재개발 하는 경우에도 고밀?압축의 개발방식을 통해 탄소저감을 실현할 수 있으며 저탄소 녹색재생 계획요소를 보다 적극적으로 도입?활용한다면 탄소저감 효과를 더욱 제고할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. |
| 요약2 | The objective of this study is to find proper urban design methods that can be applied in CBD for low?carbon-oriented green urban regeneration. For these purpose, we identified planning elements in urban regeneration for carbon reduction and examined standard of carbon emission through literature review and questionnaire survey. We counted the amount of carbon emission energy use in the the CBD of Cheongju city as case study area, and compared two types of carbon emission by conventional urban redevelopment and low-carbon and green urban regeneration. Finally, we examined the carbon reduction effect of low-carbon and green urban regeneration. The results reveal that we can reduce carbon emission by high density and compact urban redevelopment, but if low-carbon and green urban regeneration elements were applied actively, the carbon reduction effect would be promoted more sharply. |
