| 요약1 | 고령사회로 빠르게 전환하는 과정에서 고령자와 연계한 공공의 적극적인 대책마련이 필요한 시점이다. 이러한 상황에서 마을만들기 정책은 고령층이 마을공동체 활동의 주체로 참여할 수 있게 하고, 노인들이 노인정책의 수혜자는 물론 공급자로서의 역할도 가능하여 고령사회 문제해결 방안으로서 그 중요도가 높아갈 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고령사회에 대응하여 마을만들기를 통해 노인문제를 해결하기 위한 정책방향 제안을 목적으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 인천지역 마을공동체의 활동가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 마을공동체에서 노인들의 참여율은 낮게 나타났으나 마을활동가들은 노인들의 공동체 활동 참여에 대해서 긍정적인 공감대가 형성되어 있는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 설문조사를 바탕으로 마을공동체 활동을 통해 연계 가능한 노인참여 영역으로 건강생활, 경제활동, 주거환경, 사회참여 부문에 대한 마을만들기 연계 정책을 제시하였다. |
| 요약2 | Active public policies are becoming more important in a rapid transition of an aging society. An aging population has resulted in a higher emphasis and need of a 'neighborhood-making policy' outlining the role of elderly people in our communities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to focus upon a policy direction making in order to solve elderly problems and issues. The study involved analyzing appropriate case studies and conducting surveys. Survey conducted on the neighborhood-making activists in Incheon, South Korea, revealed that participation of the elderly, in community activities were low. Additionally, activists were optimistic about the role of elderly in the community. Based on these results, neighborhood-making policies were proposed to increase participation of the elderly via activities including healthy living, economic activity, housing, environmental, and social participation to overall increase the quality of life of the aging population. |
