| 요약1 | 본 연구는 환경기술, 정보기술, 환경?정보 융합기술 중심의 건축·도시 개발에 대한 거시적인 개발 트렌드를 파악하고, 환경기술 중심의 친환경 개발 표준인증제도에 관한 사례분석을 통해 발생·진화의 미시적 트렌드 분석을 목표로 한다. 환경기술은 친환경 개발과 에너지 개발로 그리고 정보기술은 에너지 절감과 광역네트워크 개발의 거시적 트렌드 유형으로 분류되었다. 본 연구에서는 생태기술 중심의 친환경 개발 표준인증제도 선진사례 4개(영국 : BREEAM, 국제 : GBTOOL, 미국 : LEED, 한국 : GBCC)를 중심으로 분석을 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 표준인증제도는 새로운 개발 트렌드를 통해 진화(변화, 융합, 분리)되었다. 둘째, 표준인증제도는 진화과정을 통해 평가항목, 평가방법, 평가등급이 단순화 되었으며, 또한 각 국가는 경제성 창출과 제도의 운영·관리의 주도권 선점을 위해 다양한 이벤트 활동과 전략에 많은 변화가 있었다. 셋째, 과거에 주도권 선점을 위한 진화과정이 초기에는 국제적인 개발 트렌드 이슈에서 시작된 반면 향후의 개발의 방향은 국가별 개발 트렌드와 이슈를 중심으로 진화 될 것이다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to figure out the macroscopic trend, about building?city development in ET(Environment Technology), IT(Information Technology) and ET?IT and analyze to the microscopic trend through cases study of standard certification system about Environment-friendly Development in ET. As a study process, ET was divided in to Environment-friendly Development and Energy Development. And also, IT did Energy Saving and Wide-network Development. This study was focused on 4 cases about 'Environment-friendly Development' in ET and the results are listed below. First, the standard certification systems repetitively appeared to the evolution process(Change, Fusion, Separation) through new development trend and various issues. Second, Simplification about Evaluation Items, Evaluation methods and Evaluation degrees through repeatable evolution process and also there were many changes about event activities and strategies for economic creation and initiative preoccupancy about operation and management in the world. Third, the evolution process for initiative preoccupancy began from international development trends and issues in times past but, may be going to evolve from each country development trend in the future. |
