| 요약1 | 본 연구는 도시의 경관형성 및 도시민의 안전, 편리 등 도시기능의 원활한 공간조율에 중요한 역할을 하는 공공시설물의 디자인 방향성 고찰을 위한 연구로, 서울특별시, 경기도, 젓청남도, 전라남도 등 4개 광역자치단체를 대상으로 하여 인증제품을 통해 나타난 디자인 경향을 분석하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공공시설물에 대한 인증제도를 통하여 공공시설물 디자인의 전반적인 방향성을 파악하고, 공공시설물에 대한 디자인적 이해와 정책적 방향에 대한 이해를 함께 고려하여 인증제도 운영의 효율성을 높이기 위한 기초연구를 하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 각 자치단체 인증제도의 개요 및 제도 시행을 통해 추구하고자 하는 목적성에 대해 고찰하였다. 둘째, 공공시설물 디자인에 있어서 고려되어져야할 디자인가이드라인의 적합성 및 디자인 요소의 방향성을 분석하였다. 셋째, 공공시설물의 인증현황을 분석하고 지역별 인증제품에서 나타나고 있는 색채와 소재 등의 분석을 통해 디자인 경향을 고찰하였다. |
| 요약2 | This research is for designing public facilities with directivity consideration which carries out an important role for the smooth spatial tuning of urban functions, such as city landscape, urban residents safety and convenience. Design tendency through certification system is analyzed for four metropolitan councils such as Seoul Metropolitan, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do and Jeollanam-do. Therefore, in this research, the general directivity of a public facilities design has been grasped through the certification system and it can be called the basic research for both understanding of the political direction being taken into consideration, and improving the efficiency of certification system with the design understanding of a public facilities. For this purpose, First, This study aims to look to the purpose of operating certification system in each autonomous community. Second, the research analyzed the direction of design factors and the suitability of design guideline that should be considered in designing public facilities. Third, the design tendency of public facilities were examined by analyzing the status of certification in public facilities and differentials in colors and materials of certificated products. |
