| 요약1 | 환경과 인간의 행태를 긴밀히 상응하는 관계로 보는 어포던스 개념은 그 본질적 유용성으로 환경설계분야에 적극 활용되어 왔으며, 오늘날에도 여전히 유효한 안목을 이룬다. 이러한 점에서 다양한 방면의 어포던스 관련연구가 진척되어 왔으나, 단지계획 및 그 해석의 차원에서 이를 활용한 사례는 거의 전무한 실정이었다. 이에, 본 연구는 향토문화의 부흥과 지역경제의 활성화를 위해 제안한 홍천 향토문화복합단지의 기본계획안을 어포던스 관점에서 재해석함으로써 다음과 같은 내용을 도출하였다. 즉, 우선적으로 요구되는 외부국면에서의 어포던스 적용전략은 대상지와 관련된 광역적?사회?경제적 여건고찰에 근거해 사용성을 설정함으로서 실현가능한 방향에서 접근하였다. 이후 대상지 내부국면의 관점에서는 위상학적 측면과 이용행태, 관련계획 입안내용에 기초한 단위공간의 구분과 각 공간별 어포던스의 인지 및 사용성 설정을 통해 적절한 어포던스를 기안할 수 있었다. 이 과정을 종합해 인지한 어포던스와 계획상 제시한 어포던스를 활동성, 시간성, 공간성 간의 관계양상에서 비교한 결과, 주목할 만한 내용들을 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 어포던스 관점이 도시설계나 단지계획의 계획기법과 해석의 수단으로 매우 효과적인 틀임을 논증하는 것이라 할 수 있다. |
| 요약2 | The concept of affordance, seeing the relationship between environment and human behavior as closed corresponding relation, has been actively adapting to the field of environmental design because of its conceptual usefulness. However, there are few researches of both sites planning with affordance as a strategy and its interpretation with affordance as an analytic method. This study conducts reinterpretation of the basic plan of Hongcheon Local Cultural Complex submitted for a vibrant local culture and economy. With focus on the concept of affordance, the study concludes followings: (1) By created usability based on the consideration of related social and economic conditions in off-site areas, the application strategy of affordance approaches from the practical direction. (2) Suitable affordance in on-site is drafted by the followings: topological aspects, use-behavior, subspaces based on spatial design criteria, cognition of spatial units' affordance, and creation of usability. (3) Perceived affordance and planning affordance are compared to see the relation in terms of activity, temporality, and spatiality, and the results illustrate significant contents. These results demonstrate that the view of affordance is adequate for planning approach of urban design and site plan. Moreover, the view is an useful frame as an analytic method. |
