| 요약1 | 본 논문은 최근 시도되고 있는 복잡계 이론의 도시계획 및 설계 프로젝트 적용과정을 분석하여 그 특징을 규명함으로써 향후 복잡계 이론의 적용범위를 확대하는데 기여하고자 한다. 분석대상은 복잡계 이론에 기반을 둔 yo2 그룹의 두 개 프로젝트를 선정하여 설계요소의 도출과 요소들간의 중첩을 통한 유형학적 분석을 통하여 그 특징을 도출하였다. 연구결과 복잡계 이론의 특징 중 '자기 조직화'적 경향은 기반시설을 서로 다른 토지용도가 겹치는 곳에 분산 배치하는 방식으로 적용되었다. 복잡계 이론의 '창발'적 특징은 다양한 용도간의 젓돌을 통하여 새로운 용도를 창출하는 형태로 반영되었다. 이러한 특징을 살리기 위해서는 복합용도가 가능한 도시건축물과 기반시설을 교차시키는 3차원 토지이용이 필요하며, 지구단위계획에서는 대규모 블록 및 획지구성을 지양하고 다양한 유형의 주거와 공공건물을 제공할 필요가 있다. 복잡계 이론의 특징 중 '비선형'적 경향은 사회적 요구에 따라 단계적으로 집행계획을 수립하는 방식으로 반영되었다. 이러한 점을 감안할 때 집행계획을 사회적 의식수준과 요구조건에 따라 신축적으로 반영할 수 있는 체계의 정립이 필요하다. |
| 요약2 | This paper attempts to identify the characteristics observed in the complex systems' application into urban planning and design projects with anticipation of wider application. Two projects of yo2 group were selected for case study. Characteristics of two projects were drawn by extracting and overlapping design elements using typomorphological approach. The finding shows that the first characteristics of complex systems theory, 'self organization', is applied by allocating infrastructure facilities at the location where different land uses are overlapped. The second characteristics, 'emergence', is applied to generate new land use through conflicts among various land uses. This result indicates that in the future three dimensional land use is necessary by overlapping infrastructure with mixed-use buildings. Finally, the 'nonlinear' characteristics is applied by dividing implementation plan in several stages according to social needs. These findings indicate that the flexible planning system is necessary in accordance with the needs and level of social awareness. |
