| 요약1 | 본 연구는 파리시의 도시패러다임 전환을 암시하는 총 3회의 전면적 실태조사, 즉 위생조사, 부동산 조사, 미적 조사를 중심으로 도시설계의 변화과정을 살펴봄으로써, 오늘날 우리나라 도시설계에 대한 시사점을 찾는 것이 목적이다. 분석 결과를 정리하면, 첫째, 20세기 이후의 파리시 도시설계는 19세기중엽의 투기조장적인 오스만 재정비와는 달리 서로 다른 여러 단계를 걸쳐 장기간 진행되었다. 둘째, 도시설계의 대상지뿐만 아니라 정비방안 또한 시대적인 논의와 더불어 지속적으로 진화하면서 실행되었다. 셋째, 오늘날의 파리 도시설계는 도시정체성을 바탕으로 한 주요 도시공간구조 뿐만 아니라 건축유산의 보존 및 재활용 등 다양한 방안을 제시하고 있다. 넷째, 파리 도시설계의 변화에 있어서 건축가는 주도적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이와 같은 특성은 탈산업화의 문화도시 패러다임을 맞이하여 도시설계의 변화가 요구되는 우리나라에 있어서 주목할 만한 대상된다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to suggest the implications for urban design in Korea from the urban design changes in Paris. The following three studies of Paris urban design were used to analyze the paradigm shift in Paris: sanitary, real estate and esthetics. The results are as the followings: First, unlike the 19th century Haussmann’s plan, the Paris urban design after the 20th century has been carried over step by step. Second, not only physical sites but also planning solutions have been constantly discussed and developed. Third, the city has been proposed with various ideas such as the major urban spatial structure based on the identity of Paris as well as the historic preservation and adaptation. Fourth, architects took on the leading role in urban design. These analyses are relevant findings that could be applied towards the urban design changes of the postindustrial Korea. |
