| 요약1 | 본 논문은 각종 도시개발사업 등에 의해 설자리를 잃어가고 있는 전통5일장의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 이용이 부진한 도시공원을 다목적 용도로 활용할 수 있는지의 가능성을 찾는 연구이다. 공원 Park와 시장 Market의 합성어인 Parket 개념을 도입하여 도시공원에 5일장과 다양한 도시활동 활성화 프로그램을 부여함으로써 활기 넘치는 커뮤니티 공간으로의 활용을 제안한다. 선행연구 분석을 통해 도시계획적, 건축계획적, 시설환경적, 제도정책적 관점에서 계획기준과 원칙을 도출하고, 사례조사를 통해 개발유형과 계획요소를 분석함으로써 Parket 계획을 위한 계획기준과 설계요소를 제안하였다. 유성시장재정비촉진계획에 담겨있는 유성시장 Parket 계획안은 도시계획적 관점에서는 전면적 개발유형, 3차원적 공간활용, 보행중심 동선체계, 그린네트워크 시스템의 특성을 가지며, 건축계획적 측면에서는 상설시장건물 배치와 휴먼스케일 거리의 시장분위기 조성, 다목적 용도의 커뮤니티시설 특성을 갖는다. 시설환경적으로는 모듈시스템이 적용된 시장구조와 장옥 및 설비시스템이 특징이다. 주변지역을 아우르는 도심의 전체적인 활성화 차원 접근방식과 커뮤니티문화를 제고한다는 목표 아래 계획 수립과정에 주민참여를 보장하고 지자체 및 운영자와 이용자가 협력시스템을 구축함으로써 복합적이고 다양한 프로그램이 작동하도록 제도정책적인 계획이 이루어졌다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to draw up an activation plan for traditional periodical markets, which arelosing their competitiveness, by utilizing urban parks as a multi-uses place. To do so, it draws planning criteria and design methodologies by analyzing previous studies and cases. and proposes the Parket concept, which is a compound word of park and market, to utilize neighborhood parks that are not sufficiently used as an active community space. The urban characteristics of a Parket project for the Yuseong-market Urban Renewal Promotion District include total development types, three-dimensional land uses, pedestrian circulations and green network systems. The manipulation of shops and streets making market ambiance and community facility with multi-uses constitutes the architectural aspects. For an environmental feature, the module system is adopted for market booths and facilities. In addition, it suggests the institutional system that guarantees the residents participation, collaboration with administrators and management of diverse Parket programs. |
