| 요약1 | 전 세계적으로, IT기술은 도시문제를 해결하고 그 경쟁력과 삶의 질을 회복할 수 있는 새로운 도시개발모델로 인식되고 있다. 국내에서도 U-city란 명명 하에 새로운 도시개발이 추진되고 있으나, 첨단도시에 대한 명확한 이해와 비전보다는 신기술 도입만이 강조되고 있다. 이에 반해 세계 주요도시들의 전략적 도시개발은 첨단기술과 산업을 핵심으로 하여 사회정책, 도시설계, 부동산개발, 교육 등 사회 전반적인 전 분야의 융,복합적 접근에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 시대를 대표하는 기술과 산업, 도시와의 관계는 상호 발전적 관계에 있다는 것을 역사가 증명하듯이 IT기술과 앞으로의 도시개발은 상호 발전적으로 고려되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 산업과 첨단기술을 연계한 대표적인 도시개발사업의 분석을 통해 미래도시개발에 있어서 앞서가는 도시가 되기 위한 공통가치를 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 전통적 산업과 새로운 산업의 융합, 글로벌 커뮤니티의 거점장소, IT 인프라와 특화 인프라 구축, 단계적인 개발과정과 새로운 파트너쉽 창출, 인적 자원과 사회적 자본의 창출 이라는 5가지 공통가치를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 향후 계획될 국내 미래도시 분야에 일련의 시사점을 제시함으로서, 그 방향설정에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. |
| 요약2 | Information technology is recognized as a new model of urban development, which solves the urban issues and improves the quality of urban life. New urban development projects under the name of U-city have been proposed in the country. However, without clear understanding and strategic vision of U-city, only the introduction of new technology has been emphasized. On the contrary, strategic urban developments of major international cities are realized by more complex and convergent approach from all parts of the overall society with the major point of cutting edge technology and industry. With the lesson of history proving the developmental interaction between city, technology and industry, IT and urban development should be considered to achieve the mutual advance. In this study, common values were derived for a leading city in the future urban development, through analysing primary urban developments linked on industry and cutting edge technology. As a result, five common values were presented; convergence of traditional industries and new industries, place based on the global community, construction of IT infrastructure and specialized infrastructure, creation of step-by-step development process and new partnerships, creation of human resources and social capital. By deriving the elements, this study will help the related fields of upcoming future city. |
