| 요약1 | 본 연구는 대구약령시를 활성화하는 방안을 모색함에 있어 대상지에 직·간접적으로 관련이 있는 그룹간의 의견 차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 약령시 내 상인, 일반인, 한방관련 기업, 그리고 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 의견 차이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검토하기 위해 교차분석과 일변량분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 약령시의 대표이미지와 약령시가 가진 가치에 대해 그룹간 인식차가 있음을 발견하였으며, 약령시에서 부족한 것과 활성화를 위해 추진되어야 할 사업, 그리고 리모델링 방향에 있어서도 그룹간 우선 순위가 다른 것으로 드러났다. 특히 약령시내 상인 그룹은 일반인, 기업, 전문가 등 방문 위주의 그룹군과 확연하게 다른 의견을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 연구를 통해 특화가로에 대한 활성화 계획 수립 시에는 주민참여도를 높이기 위해 거주민의 의견만을 수용하기 보다는 가로의 기능과 특성을 고려하여 대상 공간을 이용하는 사람들의 의견 수렴도 중요함을 밝혔다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 도심재생을 목적으로 도심 내 특화가로 활성화 계획을 수립할 때 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in opinion among groups who are directly or indirectly seeking ways to revitalize the Daegu Yangnyeongsi in Daegu City. This survey was targeted four groups: visitors, businessmen, experts, and merchants; a Chi-Square test and an ANOVA test were applied. Each of the four groups prioritized the following list in different ways: (1) the representative image, (2) the value of Daegu Yangnyeongsi, (3) the lack of “things” (e.g., insufficient stores or pocket parks), (4) the direction of the revitalization, and (5) the remodeling style. As might be expected, the opinion of merchants in Yangnyeongsi were dissimilar to those of other groups surveyed. The results revealed that, when the revitalizing plan for a specialized street is proposed, it is important to reflect the opinions not only of the residents of a particular street, but also the users of that street, as well as other groups who might be interested in the street. The study results are intended to be used as a reference when the revitalization of a specialized street is considered as part of a greater urban revitalization plan. |
