| 요약1 | 본 연구는 나주시 역사문화자원을 활용하여, 올바른 개발방향과 효율적인 이용방안을 모색해 보기 위하여, 현 우리나라 역사문화자원 보전제도의 실태를 파악하고, 역사문화자원을 활용한 국내·외 대표적 사례를 살펴봄으로써, 우리나라 도시에 적용 가능한 역사문화자원의 활용방안을 파악하고자 한다. 그 다음으로 본 연구 대상지인 나주지역의 도심공간에 집중 분포되어있는 역사문화자원의 특성을 시계열적으로 분석한 다음 역사문화자원의 계획요소들을 마련하고 분석한 결과를 중심으로 나주지역의 역사문화자원의 활용방안과 지역활성화 전략을 도출한다. |
| 요약2 | This study establishes the structure of the case analysis based on the plan for the utilization of the historical and cultural resources which can be applied in the Korean cities. It identifies the actual state of the system for the preservation of the historical and cultural resources in Korea and observes the related domestic and foreign cases of utilizing such resources. It focuses on the utilization of such resources in Naju City and considers the right direction of development and the efficient method of usage. Next, it analyzes the characteristics of the historical and cultural resources which are centrally distributed in the subject place of Naju City periodically. Then, it provides the planning factors of such resources and draws the plan for the utilization of the resources and the strategy for the regional activation in Naju City based on the analyzed results. |
