| 요약1 | 도시공원과 같은 환경재의 편익은 이용자 거주지와의 거리에 따라 크게 달라지므로 도시공원의 경제적 가치평가에서는 이러한 점이 감안되어야 한다. 본 연구는 이용자 거주지와의 거리에 따라 도시공원의 가치평가가 어떤 차이를 보이는지를 밝히고, 거리에 따라 환경재의 가치평가에 영향을 주는 요인이 어떻게 달라지는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 환경재의 경제적 가치 평가방법으로 조건부 가치측정법(CVM)이 채택되었고, 서울시 노원구의 경춘선 폐선부지 공원을 대상으로 이용자의 가치평가가 조사되었다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거주지와의 거리가 멀어질수록 도시공원에 대한 이용자의 가치평가는 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 거주지와의 거리에 따라 이용자의 가치평가에 영향을 미치는 요인이 달라지는데, 도시공원에서 가까운 곳에 거주하는 이용자들은 직접적인 사용가치를 중시하는 반면, 거리가 먼 곳의 거주자들은 비사용가치를 상대적으로 중시하며, 문제요인을 보다 심각하게 받아들인다. 셋째, 이용자의 기존공원 이용빈도는 거리와 관계없이 가치평가에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수이며, 성별, 교육수준, 소득 등에 따라서도 공원의 가치평가는 영향을 받는다. 또한 개인특성과 공원이용행태가 가치평가에 미치는 영향은 거리가 멀어질수록 커지는 경향이 나타난다. 이러한 결과들은 거리에 따라 도시공원의 가치평가가 차이가 나며, 가치평가에 영향을 주는 요인도 달라질 것이라는 본 연구의 가설을 확인해 주고 있다. |
| 요약2 | The benefits of urban parks vary considerably according to the distance between the park and the user's residence. This study aimed to identify the differences due to the distance in the economic valuation of urban parks and in the factors influencing the evaluation. The Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) was used to evaluate the economic value of a proposed park for the closed Seoul-Chuncheon railroad site in No-Won Gu, Seoul. The results are as follows: First, the average WTP (willingness to pay) decreases as the distance between the user's residence and the park increases. Second, the Using Values are more important factors to those who live in the vicinity of the park, however those who are far from the park consider the Non-using Values and the Problem Factors more importantly. Third, the frequency of using exiting urban parks is an important variable regardless of the distance, and the effects of demographic characteristics, such as gender, education and income, increase with the distance. These results verified that the economic evaluation of urban parks and the factors influencing the evaluation vary by the distance between the park and user's residence. |
