| 요약1 | 본 연구는 근린지역에서 하나의 생태계로 인지되고 유지가능한 커뮤니티의 구성단위에 대한 사례조사를 통해 도시생성 및 성장과정과 맞물려 커뮤니티가 통합되는 과정에서 지형적 경계와 지역공동체의 영역 간에 발생되는 도시개발체계의 공간적 관계의 변화에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 연구는 도시단위에 대한 이론적 고찰에 기초해 지형단위의 도시맥락 및 행위단위의 공동체에 대한 도시지역 근린단위의 유형을 정의하고, 사례조사를 통해 근린단위의 성장과 확대를 규정하기 위한 연계 네트워크와 층위로 구성되는 커뮤니티 단위를 트랜섹트(Transect)의 개념에서 유형화하고 있다. 도시재정비와 자연친화 측면에서 기존 지역 커뮤니티를 근린단위로 세분하여 분석하는 과정은 지속가능한 도시재생에 필요한 사회물리적 요소를 도시설계 및 계획의 관점에서 지수화하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 근린주구이론에서 지역사회의 단위를 제공했던 보행거리내의 초등학교를 기준으로 하는 근린단위 클러스터에 대한 용도 및 층위에 대한 분석을 통해 지형단위 및 행위단위의 유형별 특성을 도식화하였다. 또한 대상지역의 커뮤니티에서 상호보완관계에 있는 주거와 비주거의 도시적 맥락을 근린단위블럭에서 세부적으로 비교하는 다이어그램 분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 근린단위 클러스터의 재발견에서 도출되는 커뮤니티의 내재된 속성을 객관화하여 이후 지역사회 공동체의 진화에 대비한 도시지역단위의 경계구조와 연결체계에 대한 계획 및 설계에 관한 지침을 제시하는데 필요한 기초적인 개념과 자료를 제시하고 있다. |
| 요약2 | Regarding the urban theories for the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) as the critical approach analyzing physical land-use, regional density and social activities based on urban cluster units, this research is implementing a case study covering 18 neighborhood units around a public elementary school, one of outstanding community facilities in the surveyed area of Shinchon, Seoul. A juxtaposed development model of the urban clusters is addressing an index system that can interpret local contexts into significant attributes including the numeric density of functional context as well as functional rates according to building stories, spatial occupants and various functions categorized by six groups such as residential, commercial, educational, public, leisure and social activities. As for the Eco-footprint and the Urban Transect that geographical continuity represents the urban CDM in variable scales, the provided index will be able to verify whether a process of organizing an urban cluster for corresponding neighbor units is beneficial to its collective communities. |
